2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
2 cups frozen berries (thawed in microwave for one minute)
½
to ¾ cup confectioners' sugar (suggested to use ¾ for raspberries because they are tart)
popsicle molds
Combine yogurt, fruit, and sugar in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
You may want to adjust the recipe according to the size of your molds. My molds are little so with this recipe I could have made at least 16 yogurt pops if not more. Like I said, they were a hit!

Mmmm looks good on a hot day!
ReplyDeleteYum - I love frozen stuff and judging by the look on your cutie's face, my kids would enjoy these. Also, thanks for entering my giveaway! I'm so glad it led me to your blog, even though I'm sorta scared of the scary roadside bunny in your last post. :)
ReplyDeleteKristen-dont worry. It scares me too! haha
